잡초는 숲속의 강한 식물들 사이에서 경쟁에 밀려 자라지 못하기에 길가나 밭, 혹은 개간된 땅이나 매워진 바다 위처럼 인간이 만들어낸 곳에서 자라난다. 인간과 잡초(자연)가 만나는 서울의 몇몇 장소에서 제초 된 풀들로 ‘초사람’을 만들며, 자연과 동심 어린 관계 맺기에 다가가 보려 한다.

Since weeds cannot grow due to competition among the strong plants in the forest, they grow on the roadsides, fields, or man-made places such as on cleared land or on the scorched sea. In some places in Seoul where humans and weeds (nature) meet, I try to make a ‘grass man’ with grasses weeded, and try to get closer to establishing a concentric relationship with nature.
